Gene Wolfe: The Sorcerer's House

I do not think Gene Wolfe needs to be introduced to someone who ever read SF & F. The Sorcerer's House is a novel written in letters that is settled around an old Victorian House full of strange things and creatures.

It is fun to create vehicles and in the book a huge old strange car is found by the house - with a locked car trunk. When it is opened something unexpected comes out... Gene Wolfe himself suggested the scene for the cover - I was happy.
